1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TubeForge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use TubeForge.

TubeForge provides web-based tools for YouTube channel management, analytics, research, AI-assisted insights, and related workspace collaboration features.

2. Accounts and Workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account or workspace.

You must ensure that workspace members have appropriate authorization to access connected YouTube channels, analytics data, browser profile data, and other workspace resources.

3. Google and YouTube Integrations

TubeForge integrates with Google and YouTube APIs to provide channel connection, analytics, reporting, metadata, and related features. You must only connect accounts and channels that you own or are authorized to manage.

Your use of YouTube-connected features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms, the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy, and applicable Google API Services policies.

You may revoke TubeForge's Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by disconnecting the account inside TubeForge where available.

4. Permitted Use

You may use TubeForge only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, YouTube policies, Google API policies, and third-party platform rules.

You may not misuse TubeForge to scrape data unlawfully, violate platform terms, bypass access controls, overload systems, attempt unauthorized access, or process data without proper authorization.

5. AI Features

TubeForge may provide AI-assisted summaries, recommendations, and insights. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, or business advice.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them or publishing decisions based on them.

6. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of content and data you provide to TubeForge. You grant TubeForge the rights needed to host, process, analyze, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, credentials, API keys, or data uploaded to TubeForge may lawfully be used in the service.

7. Service Availability

TubeForge may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may perform maintenance, apply rate limits, or restrict access to protect the service and users.

Third-party APIs, including Google and YouTube APIs, may have quotas, policy limits, outages, or changes that affect TubeForge features.

8. Security

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to TubeForge systems, connected accounts, workspaces, or third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TubeForge is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeForge and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, violate applicable platform policies, create security risk, or misuse TubeForge. You may stop using TubeForge at any time and may request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TubeForge after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
